I've lived in New England all my life and the change of seasons is my inspiration for photography. Whether it's a colorful Fall, a white Winter or the pastels of Spring and Summer, these events happen at the same time every year but, through the eye of a camera, never in the same way. I was always quick to run and get the camera to capture moments in time that were important to me... and there were lots of them. Today, with digital technology and the effects it's had on photography, this pass-time has become a passion. I truly enjoy what I do, which is creating good memories, because good memories are what we all really want to keep. I hope you like what you see. Barbara...

True story, Diannah. This little guy was the cutest! I thought he was being sooooo cooperative with the photo shoot. I couldn't get over it. Then he rolled over on his back. Both of his back feet were caught in a trap. I was so upset. I got a pair of old gloves and, totally without fear or concern, I opened the trap and set him free. He didn't appear injured. After all that, he was headed in the wrong direction. So, I PICKED HIM UP and carried him to the woods, where he scurried off to have a life. Before he left, I gave him a scratch on the head and, having put my 15 year old cat down the week before, I could have sworn I heard the skunk purrrrrrrrrrr. If I could have kept him, I would have. Thank you for your compliment, and thank you for taking the time to let me know. Best, Barb...
